广州市妇女儿童医疗中心新冠疫情防控期间就诊须知及要求

Guangzhou Women and Children’s Medical Center （GWCMC） Visitor Guidelines

为守护人民群众的生命安全，按新冠疫情防控工作要求，医院暂不接诊高、中风险地区就诊者，以上就诊者请按政府指引原地就医。有流行病学史或去过涉疫重点场所或小区的就诊者，必须主动向医务人员进行申报，签署承诺书，如有隐瞒追究相关法律责任。其他就诊流程告知如下：

In light of recent changes to COVID-19 measures and restrictions， in order to protect the health and safety for all our patients and visitors， at this time， the following visiting policies and measures are in place at all Guangzhou Women and Children’s Medical Center campuses。

Currently， GWCMC is not able to receive patients from medium-and high-risk areas。 The patientsfrom medium-and high-risk areas should seek medical services in accordance with the government's guidelines。 Those who have COVID-19 symptoms， exposure risks or have been travelled to the areas that are key places for virus prevention and control must be report to the hospital staff。 Please confirm the provided information is true and correct。 If there is any concealment， the relevant legal liabilities shall be investigated。

一、发热门诊：接诊范围为儿童发热就诊者、妇产科急诊发热就诊者、有新冠流行病学史或有接触的就诊者、健康通行码为“红色”“黄色”的急诊患者。以上就诊者及陪人一律由专人送至发热门诊就诊，必须进行核酸检测，结果显示阴性方可离开医院，核酸检测时间预计6小时。

1、 Scope of service of Fever Clinic：Pediatric and Ambulatory Obstetrics and Gynecology patients who have COVID-19 related symptoms such fever or COVID-19 cases exposure risks; ER patients with Red or Yellow Entrance Health Code。 Those patients and accompanying person will be escorted to Fever Clinic by designated hospital staff。 They will get COVID-19 tests immediately when they arrive and are allowed to leave the clinic until negative test result is reported， which takes around 6 hours。

二、普通门诊：接诊范围为非发热就诊者。14岁以下儿童就诊者最多2名陪人，儿童可凭陪人绿色健康通行码进入医院；孕产妇及其他就诊者不超过1名陪人，就诊者和陪人都必须持绿色健康通行码进入医院。就诊者如非急诊就医，建议通过广州妇儿中心互联网医院咨询。

2、 Scope of Service of General Outpatient Services：Patients without COVID-19 related exposure risks and symptoms such as fever。 In addition， patients and accompanying visitors must have green health entrance code when enter the hospital facilities。 Children under 14 years old could have maximum two guardians accompanying。 Other patients could only have 1 accompanying person。 For non-emergency visits， we strongly recommend seek medical advice via GWCMC Internet Hospital。

三、急诊：患者请告知预检分诊人员，由专人指引就诊。

3、 If you need to visit the ER， please tell our staff to get the visiting guidance。

四、其他：住院患者和门诊预约口腔科、耳鼻喉科、眼科、门诊手术、内镜检查等就诊者，必须提供72小时内核酸检测阴性结果，其中住院患者及培护在入院后需立即加做一次核酸检测。

4、 Others： patients who seek care of dentistry， ENT， ophthalmology， outpatient surgery， endoscopy and etc must provide negative COVID-19 test results taken within 72 hours。 Inpatient admission will be registered given both the patient’s and the accompany person’s 72 hour negative COVID-19 test results are available。 A new COVID-19 test will be arranged after admission。
