一、中心简介
01 About GWCMC
广州医科大学附属妇女儿童医疗中心（广州市妇女儿童医疗中心，简称“广州妇儿中心”/GWCMC）是国家儿童医学中心。中心专科体系完备、技术实力雄厚，拥有8个国家临床重点专科、12个省临床重点专科、5个国家特色保健专科；儿科学专业2024年全国排名第4，现有硕士生导师347名、博士生导师70名。
Guangzhou Women and Children's Medical Center (GWCMC), affiliated to Guangzhou Medical University, is the National Children's Medical Center of China. With a complete specialty system and strong technical strength, GWCMC has 8 National Key Clinical Specialties, 12 Provincial Key Clinical Specialties and 5 National Characteristic Health Care Specialties. Its Pediatrics program ranked 4th nationwide in 2024, and the center has 347 master's supervisors and 70 doctoral supervisors.
二、进修方向
02 Training Tracks
中心儿内科、外科、妇产科、医技及其他四大系统全面向境外进修项目开放。境外医师可结合专业背景与学习目标，在导师指导下自由组合科室轮转、专项技术模拟培训、学术交流与科研合作，由接收科室与国际教育中心（模拟医学中心）联合培养。以下为方向性指引，不设单一专科限制：
The center's four major systems—Pediatrics, Surgery, Obstetrics & Gynecology, and Allied Health & Others—are fully open to overseas trainees. Overseas physicians can freely combine departmental rotations, specialized technical simulation training, academic exchanges, and research collaborations under the guidance of mentors, jointly trained by the receiving department and the Simulation Medicine Center. The following is directional guidance without limiting to a single specialty:

中心模拟医学中心（建筑面积1600平方米、年培训量24096人/学时）配置高端智能模拟人、消化内镜及纤支镜、宫腹腔镜等教学设备，开设生命支持与急危重症、围产与优生、儿科与新生儿专科技能、妇科与康复四大系列专项培训课程，可为境外医师量身定制培养方案。
The Simulation Medicine Center (1,600 m², 24,096 trainee-hours/year) is equipped with high-end intelligent manikins, digestive endoscopes, bronchoscopes, hysteroscopes and laparoscopes. It offers four course series—Life Support & Critical Care; Perinatal Care & Prenatal Health; Pediatric & Neonatal Specialized Skills; Gynecology & Rehabilitation—which can be combined with departmental observation and research collaboration into an individualized training plan.
三、进修类型与合规界定
03 Training Type & Compliance
参照中心进修培养体系，本项目将境外进修分为两类，目前仅开放临床观摩项目。
Referring to the center's training system, this program divides overseas training into two types. Currently, the observational study program is available to apply:

进修人员在华期间不得独立从事医疗诊治活动，包括管理病人、书写病历、开具医嘱、实施手术、会诊、值班、开写处方及进行各项侵入性操作；所有观摩活动须在中方带教医师指导下进行。
Trainees shall NOT independently engage in any medical diagnosis or treatment during their stay in China, including managing patients, writing medical records, issuing orders, performing surgery, conducting consultations, being on duty, prescribing, or performing invasive procedures; all observation activities must be conducted under the guidance of assigned Chinese supervising physicians.
四、招生对象要求

• 持有所在国/地区有效行医执照或执业资格证。
• Holding a valid medical practice license or qualification certificate issued by the home country/region.
• 本科及以上学历。
• Bachelor's degree or above in clinical medicine
• 语言能力满足临床交流需求。
• Language proficiency for clinical communication.

八、结业与考核

• 进修期满须提交进修学习总结或典型病例报告。
• Submit a training summary or a typical case report upon completion.
• 参加教学查房、病例讨论及相关考核。
• Participate in teaching rounds, case discussions and related assessments.
• 经科室综合评价合格者，颁发广州妇儿中心结业证书。
• A Training Certificate will be issued to those who pass the comprehensive departmental evaluation.
